Supposedly AML and Fraud audit is next as well. Wonder when that round will happen. Then we wait til regulators come back in a few years and its will be a frenzy to hire more yet again.

Depending on what your role is. I guess directors and above are the first to go. I smell some major reorgs around P&C Risk coming with Joe Gates out.

@am I am very sorry you were impacted by these cuts. I know you've hear/read this before, but it is worth repeating that your value as both a person and an employee is not at all determined by these management decisions. I wish you success in your future endeavors.

Yesterday was Fraud I’m not sure about today. They have been messing with thresholds for two years. How they said we had plenty of work 9-11 months ago. Worked even on weekends for all of the sudden AML doesn’t have cases / alerts and then Fraud how. We had so much work in the beginning of the year that barely people couldn’t cut a break then bo-m. No work. No cases. “Capacity saw we don’t need people”. They said on calls we had so much work for couple of more years like uffff. I was affected yesterday. I love the company benefits but the AML/ Fraud Dept management ufffff not really. Maybe I’m still grieving.
