@ag Are you referring to FSM? If anyone is hanging their hopes on that garbage you'll need more employees just to massage it along. Operations is getting some additional headcount thankfully after all the pointless cuts earlier in the year. I just hope we get back some of the good people we lost.
@ag You're luck if you can go to the bathroom with E///. Possibly the worst of the technology providers. They think they know everything and are incompetent when it comes to providing a multi-vendor solution. Much like Motorola.
If you can do your job from home, it can be done from another country.
If you manage a market from 200-300 miles away, you may not be seeded.

Field Operations being contracted out is getting closer. This move is going to change the wireless industry for all carriers. When WFM tool is 100% operational it will help T-Mobile do what Sprint couldn't do with Ericsson. This is going to be a cost saver like no other.
