If the contract ends in December, will PCR, SICC, and ALC layoffs happen starting in October? Or will they cut us right before Christmas? I’ve been a PCR for 6 years. Preparing for my next move. About what percentage of the staff will remain? At least 25%?

So many changes happening in this company LOL. Now they changed the name of nH Predict too to something else - Care Guide something?
I think the nH Predict is the downfall of this enterprise, if I can be honest.
@az one of the directors sent an email to their region this week due to "rumors" circulating. It was shared that top performers are likely to be secure - not sure I buy that unless all of a sudden H&C is going to operate this RIF differently than their others that have made no sense.
I’ve heard through the grapevine that they would start making the layoffs in late October that would take into effect in December. But that is not confirmed and I honestly have no finite information. I am just curious as to what the restructure will look like and what it is based upon. I would assume performance and geographic location within the state? I’m in a Humana heavy state. I’m a CC.
@a1 yes the loss of contract was confirmed back in May or June
My guess is we would find out by December. If they layoff people in October, other employees are going to jump ship and they will be left with less CCs. More work will be handed over to the “fortunate” souls.
@a1 yes, that’s not my question. My question is when will layoffs start considering the end date is end of December.
