So with this new thing we don't need useles non technical "Leaders" anymore!
It's no different checking in with this and them!
I just ignore the instructions for each section and write whatever garbage I feel like the check in and now in the performance thing. And no way Im putting in my personal info for a personality evaluation with this AI cr-p.
Are "Leaders" subjected to use this too? They should and then see how horrible it is.
