Thread regarding Fannie Mae layoffs

Decisions are being made strategically or just reactively?

Management keep shuffling people around, employees and contractors were let go but it looks like once the Y28 administration comes in, the cycle will start again everyone brought back, teams bloated, and the same loop repeating.

@b5 Agreed. It is sort of always been like this just without the constant layoffs before. It has always been "yes" company where you have to believe and buy into everything coming down from above. But now with everyone paranoid there, they all want to manipulate and control people.

They fired anyone who dare to speak truth about mortgage rates and ethics, all left were Yes man to this administration or people who could only keep their mouth shut for whatever reason.

Bro they obviously are just hiring their buddies into high level positions. DEI is back for the white guys who aren't qualified, but act like they are.
