So the CPF is great this year but the budget doesn’t reflect that. It’s a damn joke bc budgets for managers aren’t really that much higher so they won’t be able to reward you that well. Plus in some BU’s they are trying to enforce lowering IPF’s (not going into details). Bottom line is that many people have been working their butts off, growth is better than it’s been in ages, but don’t expect your reward letter to reflect those results. Many people that deserve and have earned high IPFs will be disappointed and their manager can’t really do anything about it. It’s really quite pathetic considering Cisco base pay is way behind the market.
@b7 many people like that at Cisco now. Especially since they gave all grade 10s promotions to grade 11 (Technical leader). Its full of imposters and fakes who just call TAC to do all their work.
