Boys club. Even worse in Canada. From the top down. They know more about golf and FIFA than they do about IT business. They also spent more on both of those than the people. More cuts coming once the dust settings and the realize the ROI is not there. Pick me pick me.

I agree this is the worst company. The leaders act like they’re gods. No one cares about them beyond Lenovo.

@x7 are you talking about the “anonymous” surveys where your boss immediately starts acting differently towards you after you submit it?
@x7 why? Nothing ever changed for me. I was forced to do it last year but this year it’s in the trash. Best thing to do is move on

Lenovo is, hands down, the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They work you to death so leadership makes bonuses then lay you off as a thank you.
Lenovo reported business and financial growth from last year. They did better and made more money. So naturally they had to layoff groups of people.
Layoffs are always here at Lenovo. Worst company on the planet. Good luck to everyone!
