I have been hearing rumors that TPD may be completely dissolved and merged into VCG, GTS, and VBG. Does anyone have any insights on whether this is accurate? If so, what is the expected impact on the current leadership team?

TPD has become a joke in last 2 years. It’s overflowing with favoritism and bureaucracy. Leadership has no direction or vision. The tone changes by the minute. It is prime example of blind leading the blind. Only those who are good at su-king up are promoted or kept on the payroll.
@bc - TPD has lots of overheads,
only very very few products are making money. most of them are losing money
if TPD generate revenue , how come VBG is losing money ?
VCG is not doing much better either, given help from TPD and GTS
All redundant and obsolete teams living on their own island are definitely targets
@ar Yeah it would be better the prod dev teams of current TPD move to VCG and VBG, mostly VBG, to remove the barriers btw the prod teams and the dev teams, the technology teams within current TPD may still remain in N&T.
Technology Product Development (TPD) develops products for VCG and VBG for years. There are teams that do generate revenue for the company, not sure where @ad is getting their answers from, but that isn't true. They are part of the revenue engine.
What does Exposure Management group do, small group provides very little value, eradicate that group save the company over 5 million in platform costs, 4 million in salaries
It make perfect sense,
TPD being product development enginee, breaking silos,
merged with VBG and VCG which will bring the proudct to market faster and more efficient
What's TPD?
Haven't heard, but it makes sense. TPD hasn't developed any revenue generating product unless it is tightly coupled with VCG/GTS.
