Sue the company (and lose), unionize, or roll over and take the abuse. Those are your choices.
Write congress to stop major American oil companies hiring only in India and leaving many highly educated Americans unemployed. It’s bad enough with AI>
1) Stay retired please.
2) Go whine to the (white, Republican, MAGA supporting) executives who are actually setting the policies.
Also, you may as well go and take a leak in the ocean before writing your rep in congress, as it’ll be just about as effective.
Better yet, ban all these visas immediately!
