My health insurance is the only thing keeping me here. I have a preexisting condition so I truly can't take a risk with a new company. That's it. The only reason I'm still here.

That was my only reason for staying and then I was laid off. Never been happier - even without health insurance and the threat of homelessness

@bk The leaders still be saying uncarrier there is absolutely nothing uncarrier about T-mobile. It’s a revenue first driven company they move away from magenta culture. Srini is creating his own legacy

The culture has changed so much here. Feels to me like it started around the Sprint merger. I don't know any ICs who see it as anything but a job - not a career with opportunities. Seems to me the "Doom Loop" accelerates more every quarter.
