Should I take a role in Uncon? I hear ranking is brutal there. Any tips to survive / thrive?

@cj depends on which type of engineering. If you are supporting GP then you are assessed with them and that is a problem.
Group dependent but yes you should, rankings su-k everywhere. At least you can gain marketable skills and leave
@c6 any groups in particular ? How about engineering groups ?
If your career is not owned by GP and you will be ranked by GP then stay away. They are using all of the non GP employees to fill the bottom of the ranking distribution.
