@cn So many in Legal Affairs and in our business teams wish BB would get rid of FlimFlam. Sadly, no reputable lawyer would take the position of head of legal of a company known for lying about PFAS, hurting vets and other bad behavior..

@ch indeed that's why so many of the old execs have been shown the door including 3 yesterday from TEBG . I'm in EMEA , there's literally no senior people left
newly hired executives will be more obedient and execute whatever the top guy dictates. Pass down the KPIs to the working level and make sure they deliver the goals. that is how it works. if cannot comply, then please make way and offer your "retirement"
Not only the Bill’s COC team mostly all new, but most of the leaders under all of his new COC members are also new too! Beware to anyone under IT or HR as you are likely to be next since your leaders just joined.
Just look at BB COC team. I bet three quarts of them were externally hired within last few years. Majority of the executives are new to 3M culture. Too short time to prove whether they are the "best".
@OP not a single one of the senior execs are good. All the same but some say less versus more…. Or make more or less change. All there only to make Wall Street happy and do as the big man tells them to do.
