My manager still hasn't provided his feedback on my FY26 performance review, it's still in-progress on him.
Do you know what was the deadline for manager evaluation step?

My managers are in India. One is company man. they are less than >M5. What are the thoughts of asking them during review to keep me in mind for the 'list'. Offer up.

Yeah, it’s unusual that the performance appraisals aren’t done yet. It’s almost as if they’re waiting for something to happen before they’ll finish the appraisals.
@ct thanks, interesting, so FY annual reviews don't have company-wide deadlines. Previously in CX they were done by August, but last year CX was merged under Fusion Chris' org, so maybe they got different deadlines. I will ask around if others got their reviews done already.

In OCI the deadline is the 21st.
Our group was reassigned into OCI and we were told year review process was pushed back to October to align with OCI process. I also assume that I will not be there in October.
Immaterial when they've already decided to cut you out because you are a) too expensive, b) too old, C) to anything to be honest. Pathetic waste of time and talent. Ask y I uself if evaluations have ever been proper evaluations. Bet you get the same answer as everyone else.
