Nope, they do not need your wishes they want you to clear space for theirs(;-)), they know what(&why) they are doing, they hold the power & golden parachute and you are not. Good luck to you! i am going to get a new $250K watch with my new bonus.

@ak I am not sure about shareholders, you have to work hard to make your manager become director and his useless buddy to become your new manager.

Today's work environment is toxic. Who in their right mind would want to be a part of that. Mental health, well-being and work-life balance are what most people are striving for. Working endless hours to generate more profits for shareholders doesn't make sense.
