I wonder what’s the percentage of SVPs leaving in/voluntarily? There are 3 leaving from Peters email earlier today plus a few more that were fired last week.

@dy we were like at 9k or so when I started before rona. But just like bolivar was yapping in that townhall, with AI the team of 3 people is like team of 5 haha
@da contractor drones probably not on that internal org chart or maybe I just did not count them as humans haha
Interesting, that number would put FTE under 6K, down from 7K at the end of 2025 and 8.2k at the end of 2024.
Short answer, too fupping many!
@d2 Is the SVP count before or after the recent layoffs?
@d2 excellent info but it doesn't quite add up to 6500. What's the explanation?
@a3 dandridge is out, bolivar is leaving...
ceo 1, president 2, evp 5, svp 34, vp 130, sr director 210 ish, fellow 5, director 260, sr manager 270, manager 320. Principal 231. Advisor 842. Lead 1437, sr associate 1430, associate 749.
Wonder if they were sort of forced out, or have finally seen the writing on the wall. A lot of these higher ups have only their title to go and very little skills. They will find out how overpaid they were at Fannie...it is the main reason they stayed.
@OP some of the ones that are left are truly lightweights.
