With the amount of posts about interns and all the pics...
Seems like our highly unintelligent leadership is just replacing the same seats they just fired with fresh meat.
Is the plan to turn around shareholder value this decade? The management that's left won't be able to hand hold jump on small issues as they can't even do their jobs efficiently as it is.
I gave up relaying on my manager for 99% of things years ago. SOS is most helpful for everyday issues but they even let go of tenured SOS's.
No wonder it takes so long to get ish done as requests are forgotten, delayed, or you have to ask 3-5 times as people have no sense of urgency anymore.
We got VP's complaining about cancelles flights on LinkedIn acting like they overcame cancer but they communicate nothing about what they are doing to overcome the issues THEY themselves created within the company.
Billions in market cap gone and they penalize the actual workforce for chump change as they continue padding their pockets while succeeding at failure.
Having social events go well and posting smiling faces doesn't cover up the failures that are still continuing to take place.
Bit alas...firing tenured employees who had a higher payroll number that complained about the nickel and diming and replacing them with new fresh meat straight from college that would take ANY job just allows C Level and Leadership to continue getting paid lavishly at the expense of those under them.
They're basically buying new loyalty from new hires with better base pay but with the same declining commission structure that's currently in place.
Basically they are further capping the max comp in sales and other positions by basically resetting 25% of the workforce.
I'm guessing more will happen depending on the trajectory of share performance.
