Thread regarding Mutual of America Life layoffs

Judas Moriarity Power Grab

This will be Judas Moriarty’s 3rd failure in a row.
1 Morningstar Retirement Calculator

  • never implemented Cost 180k per year x 3 years
2 FIS Fiasco - Loss of $4B in client assets
    (should have been canned then)
    3 - New Offshoring Partnership
Big trouble ahead everyone knows this.

Think about it - Who is going to want to business with MOA - with Judas profile on it ?

This is a flawed individual with deep narcissistic character issues - a true technical mo--n.

Leadership has learned no lessons from the past - Rough future for MOA

Look the other way leadership - this is on you - How long before HR starts sending out excuses !

@dm current finance employee here. Just had an IQ test. Mine is 122. 40 pts higher than the average Indian.

—HR & Recruiting have failed during the hiring process over the years. Needed to give IQ tests. More cognitive & behavioral tests during the hiring process. HR & Recruiting need to be held accounting. They need to be let go. They failed the hiring process. Pretty basic stuff. Candidate testing is critical. There is no other way to gauge IQ & EQ during the hiring process.

@OP

Judas name has become synonymous with treachery and betrayal. His account is a sobering reminder of the potential for human failure and the consequences of turning away from the truth. Despite his close proximity to Jesus and the teachings he received, Judas's heart was ultimately led astray, serving as a warning to all believers to remain vigilant in their faith and devotion.

@d7 33 IQ, clearly yours is lower. Average age at MOA is way higher. And the IQ of the age 33 and below at MOA admin role is maybe a 14 they all went to joke university. Absolute id--ts not fit for work at a Mac Donald’s. Send them to the streets with the rest of the lowest of society.

@cv 33, college educated, and an average IQ 20 points above the average Indian. Most of the Indians on these KT calls have been in the mid 30’s. What is your point ?

@OP clients ask me all the time why we don’t have a Future Path calculator like T Rowe or a simple retirement like Fidelity or even a retirement score like Empower. It makes no sense 4 yrs in we have nada. Nilch. Nothing. Shoot, you can build one w/Artificial Intelligence in 10-15 mins for free.

@OP What happened to McManus ? He would be a perfect fit as head of that division. Before I retired, They hired that guy Nolan & he was an ineffective clown.
