Tired of getting emails oh you’re the best, thanks, thanks, answer everyone’s questions behind the scenes. Do this, do that, send it to the support desk, you know more than anyone on the team.. Then review time comes oh you’re a 3… the playing favorites, stale and backward thinking needs to stop!

@jf

Oh I was around when this started. Bring in cheap labor to keep costs down, then that drove down wages for US employees.
American Management who made that decision got their fat lazy abusive as--s kissed and just collected a check. It was the worst is Medicare. We tell them what to do it was said.
Then they started hiring them. Now quite the pickle. Low wag3s, no promotions, they know more than their co dependent bosses...
One becomes a hiring manager...and it's all over.
In a way it serves them right..bting in your own people bit themback

Best in class is not allowing people from different countries bring their culture to America and treat Americans like shi. If any big wigs are reading this…you’re gonna end up with a class action lawsuit because your managers are aware of this treatment and no one is doing anything about it. One manager just promoted 3 of his fellow Indian men in a matter of a month. He ignored the American employees who have been with the department for over 15 years. Management is letting people run wild. What does JG in DDAT even do??

Stock is down because apparently investors are concerned/scared when CVS made statements saying that Caremark membership is projected to be less next year. Not for nothing but CVS isn't just caremark only. Makes you wonder what happens if PBM reform ever does come around.

Lame, boring town hall full of feel good “we emphasize safety value”. Worst since KL era.

Glossed over financials.

Capozzi did her little dance over benefits and the recent survey. It sounds like FS, pharmacy, and DC’s (maybe hourly case and clinical types) will have their own benefit plans ? Since Aetna doesn’t really service hourly worker types, I wonder what they will do…..maybe partner with one of the companies offering ICHRA plans? (Welcome back MB!)

They says they want to be "Best in Class"!
Hey CVS, you won't be best in class UNTIL you are BEST IN PAY!

They either don't care that employees have been begging for a cost of living adjustment or they are a bunch of oblivious id--ts. I think both.
