Saw that as well. While I feel bad for the guy, it wasn't very smart to shine a spotlight on it.
He just wrote his own exit.
The VP of my org reports to SHL who reports to LBT. He already does not implement the changes the ELT claims they are making. Engineers at my level interact with this guy so we feel the pain.
