Alpha = 15 Flex days
BH=2 days per week + 15 Flex days = 104 days + 15 = 119 Days Per Year (*flagship location with not enough parking that floods. We'll done team. Must have gotten a fat bonus for picking that select piece of real estate).

There’s still Flexible Work Arrangement in Workday that you can use on top of the 15 Remote Flexibility Benefit. Are you aware of that?
