Word is out. There are now 3 people leading GaME instead of one lmfao. What a joke this company is

my bet is DT was a scapegoat for the horrible reorg in GaME, and this exit was planned for a while

Looks like RA will need to figure out a plan soon. There is so much speculation on this. Why would it not be one of DT’s directs?

If you had to pick from within, you would pick DR/JS/JH. JH would be the closest given she was in that org and knew how it functioned.

My Directors and Senior Directors are not accountable. So yes it is a management problem and because management is incompetent our TEAMMATES are not capable.

@h0 'REAL tech'? Please. There's plenty of blame to go around, who the fu-k keeps approving those budgets? Who keeps saying 'oh this is a good idea!'? The ICs that see consultants come in, sh-t everywhere, get paid 2-3x as they do, and then leave the ICs to clean up/deal with the sh-t implementation, while mgmt goes 'Great Job Everyone!'?

GT is a sh-t show, but mgmt has more than enough blame for it. ICs also have a hand in it, but where's the leadership? If your leaders are incompetent mo--ns, what can an IC do? Speak up, get laid off. Quit and go elsewhere, furthering the dead see effect.

If you have been here 20 years, you don’t know know what REAL tech is. GT folks here for 10 years or more are so out of touch with technology. Nike’s tech is behind and one of the reasons why the company fails to implement anything successfully with tech. SEC, Anaplan, O9 and all other tech implementations that were supposed to change the game are a function of incompetence in understanding how to change business process and implement technology. Half the folks can’t even land a position outside Nike and keep whining. If the world is so much better outside, leave for a better job. But most of the folks can. There are good folks but they are overshadowed by the useless talent here.

@ep anyone with REAL tech experience and knows how to lead vs just expecting minions to follow. I’ve been here 20yrs and lived the changes.

RA is a people pleaser and relationship guy like VA. AB is a self serving disaster who thinks he knows all and everyone can’t wait until he hits year 2 and quits to avoid paying back his sign-on. DT realized gig was up and his out. AC we know from past posts here. DR has zero support. JC should go down with TechMod. The list goes on and on. There is a reason good ones left us or were departed as threats to those above.

I just want to go back to working for REAL LEADERSHIP vs people serving their own interests. Seems unlikely at this point.

I’m always curious, what would be a good leader in GT? People always complain on here, right now, I think no one in the world is acceptable.
