I assumed we would never have one again. I'm certain they will take the feedback to heart and change and improve (sarcasm)

For the first time in 8 years I decided to give honest feedback. I wasn’t cruel, but I was honest and my ratings were low. I was part of the next layoff. DO NOT be honest if you want to stay employed.
Looks like many people were not planning to respond to the survey and are now being asked to...
If "a limited number of people at PayPal will have access to your identifiable response", then assume that anyone can have access. It is just a matter of instructing them to give you what you want. Your identifiable data is either confidential or not confidential. You're either pregnant or not pregnant.
@fr
In the welcome page, it says "a limited number of people at PayPal will have access to your identifiable response"
And
"Select few in hr will have access"
Seems like you can say stuff safely, mostly.
I even worry about NOT responding and if they’ll use that against you too
Yeah it’s a trap. It’s not anonymous
@jd managers with more than 4 replies used to get the info from their reports.
Not with details of who, but not hard to make guesses.
As for annon, if you added threatening language or admitted to illegal acts, I suspect it would be unmasked.
Other than that, good odds it's not tied to you.
Go ahead and be honest, but not unprofessional.
@fr I would take the anonymous claim with a pinch of salt so I'd be very careful of what you write in it.
Serious question: Is this survey truly anonymous? Does the company know exactly who submitted each individual response?
More H-1B visa’s please!!!!
I probably will not respond to the Engage survey as you don't know how they could use that against you if they don't like the answer. Your name could be bumped to the top of the layoff list.
