you too can also continue to remove DEI positions, initiatives and language from the website while promoting the diversity credo! And now that 70%-80% of employees use AI in this Wild West you will be able to fire even more people. not that we'll ever know about who was let go.

DEI isn’t needed neither are DEI initiatives nor statements. Do your job and you’ll move up.
So Funny! JH Chief People Officer, was directed to get rid of DEI, but lost job over covering up a ME too situation involving VP JM from northern ohio. Ironic. Do your Job correctly and get rid of the bad people, don't participate in the cover up.

@fx that is BS. The cronyism and clubby ways get ms one promoted. The slobs doing a great job for 55k and fingers crossed for a bonus do not have a shot at mobility since they are excellent at what they do.
