Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Questions for all the boot-li---rs

1) Why are you simping for your executive overlords?

2) How does the boot taste?

3) Do you salt the leather?

4) Do you prefer the heel or the toe?

Asking for a friend. TIA!

Insecure bosses surround themselves with "Yes People".

Great leaders surround themselves with people who "challenge their thinking"

@ar I don't kneel, I prefer to be sitting and have them stand, more comfortable. Recommend you try it, because you do secretly su-k co-k.

I get it. I’ve been here for a minute. I’m watching the next round of these people who allied up with not a so nice person. That person has an nda and should have been let go by the company but not sure how that works. Really boils down to nice people like everyone. Not so nice people, your lazy insecure petty people can’t handle their insecurity . This is life. But one day that will get flipped.

@bk so impressed, would you mind sharing some of words of wisdom, how you got to such great heights in the corporation. You are truly remarkable

Actually, you sound like a complete a--hole, who has a serious low CL and low IQ

@be it just seems so childish. It also figments from the real problem which is the executives. They are the ones who have control and make the decisions. Supervisors don’t make the policies. Yes they carry them out but what is your solution? Should everyone refuse to be a supervisor and then be fired due to it? If that is the case why don’t you quit and leave?

If people are defending the choices and policies of executives that is a problem.

@bd

If you don't like being called a bootlicker, stop bootlicking. Should be simple enough for most to understand. Yet, here we are...

I don’t find these posts clever or interesting. The whole boot li---r knee pad blah blah is old.

I do support everyone leaving and finding better jobs elsewhere.

You feel powerless to get what you want at work, so you project your own crushing submissiveness onto your coworkers by accusing them of being the sycophants.
