His narrative on becoming more enterprise focused company does not match with the people's skill who are left behind - still too many people from consumer domain have been saved and many key folks who worked on Enterprise domain have been let go

@dk Everyone around me is terrified at the moment. This chapter 11 bankruptcy is just a slow and painful death, it annoys me so badly. We are told that 'we can reorganise, take a deep breath and pivot fully towards defence and we can get a slice of the $1.5 Trillion defence budget!'.
Whats the cost? "We expect more and need more out of you", 'first order of business is to find out where the gaps are after the dust has settled. Leaders have to get together and see how the organization looks, where the strengths, weaknesses are and the best way to organize ourselves.'. Charlie said that Hughes has got to look after itself on it's own two feet, he doesnt care at all about Hughes and as people have mentioned, he doesnt have a clue either....
No path, no vision, no long term, likely no new projects because they have to go through the judicial process first, and layoffs. This is a sinking ship we are meant to desperately stop from sinking

He doesn't even know what customers Hughes maintains. Someone asked about USPS, and Ergen gave some generic answer about not accepting "bad" contracts.
@a2 Basically 'We are going through bad times, we have lost a lot of amazing people, so people have to step up and contribute to fill in the gaps. Its ok every business has to restructure and I dont EXPECT (key word) to do anymore layoffs'. thats how i would summarize it into one sentence.
