@kk in their 60s, like Abby. Look at linkedin for everyone directly under her and then most the level below that and do some math for the folks getting their mba in the early 80s.
And it is not like there is a magical hard line in the sand where a 61 and a 62 year old have different gen x vs boomer mindsets. Compare a young gen x mid 40's vs a 61 year old and they are more like millenial and boomer.

Dinosaurs will definitely flourish without any doubt, they thrive by ganging up with other dinosaurs. They will enjoy their life just by coming in to work and talking all day leave before 4 never worked their weekends.. While 4's and 5's grade will fail miserably, because of this ganging up and dinosaurs pack hunters who will eat 4's and 5's dinner.. 6's and 7's will float around and steal other people's work.. 8 and 9 will su-k up to the dinosaurs and enjoy life and thrive.. Their job security 1000% .
The only workers to flourish under an RTO mandate are dimwitted bootlickers like you.
The way retirement works, benefits are by the month so retire at the start of the month and get that full month's vacation accrual and health, but bonuses are by the quarter so retire right after quarter end and you get another 1/4 of your year end bonus and shares bonus - meaning you may get some folks planning to retire first week of October after taking a month to check out the new place.
If we're lucky that will happen anyways.
