Seriously if you can't get hired, it's because you're not good enough. People are even claiming that the interns are nepos which is laughable to me. This company's standards are not low enough to hire anybody from a mom and pop shop.
I also hate that Indians are automatically assumed to be nepos. Indian Americans with technical degrees are overrepresented in major metros, that's just how it is.

I literally interned here, and half of my friends that applied got an offer from Fidelity. If you're a local student with a decent GPA and extracurriculars it isn't that hard. Most of the interns I talked to were fairly strong students and many had previous internship experience
There might be Nepos but I doubt it's more than 10%.
I think you guys are just conspiracizing because you see how well the interns are treated. Banks and financial companies love pampering their interns, that's how they retain talent.
