Has anyone heard credible updates about other layoffs in the media team under Josep Hernandez? Morale is already wrecked, and people worries about who's next

Josep Hernandez used to be a private investigator / detective. That's why he's hyper-suspicious, controlling and secretive. He'll definitely come after all of you!!!
I stayed silent for years because I was genuinely afraid of him. But I regret not talking seeing how much harm he did to me in the end.
Josep Hernandez was, in my experience, the biggest bully I encountered in my entire career. He isolated me, undermined me, left me without direction, surrounded me with people who made my life miserable, and finally pushed me out of a company I had given years of my life to.
What I will never forget is that even when I was already struggling, he didn’t stop. It felt like breaking me wasn’t enough, he wanted me completely gone.
And all of it came wrapped in fake empathy. Smiles, concern, and kind words to my face, while his actions told a completely different story. The gaslighting was sooo relentless. I started questioning myself, my work, and even my own reality.
I worked my a** off for that company. I cared deeply. And to this day, I still don’t understand why I became his target.
It always made me wonder how individuals like this continue to be protected and kept within an organization. Hernandez was by far the most toxic leader I’ve ever worked under. There is a complete lack of direction, combined with gaslighting, dishonesty, and what feels like outright bullying, at least in my experience. What unsettles me most is his lack of empathy no matter how much he tries to fake it. There is something about that cold, blank stare that I find very disturbing

He’s an Indian. He’s going to clear house for more H-1B visas and send which ever roles he can to India
@b8 He was only promoted to VP recently. He’s known for pushing out anyone who questions his lack of leadership or direction. People have watched him run his team into the ground for years. I even know someone whose health dramatically deteriorated because of him, only to be laid off afterward.

You can’t trust a word this man says. While people were being laid off, he looked his own team in the eye and claimed there would be no impact whatsoever. In my experience, he’s worse than Athina, just quieter and more calculated about it. Easily one of the most dishonest and two-faced people I’ve ever worked with
