So that's another SVP down the drain for Managed Services. Did this one even last six months? Anybody have any details on why he's getting the boot so early?

But their aim for efficiency has missed and they've failed.
Things were more efficient before CL and her d-mb moves. They created the mess and are trying to get the machine working like it did....but like you said...can't do that with overseas contractors.

@aj And when you deliberately chase the cheapest labour you can find and exploit overseas workers to squeeze out another dime, don’t act shocked when quality suffers. You cannot demand top-tier work while paying bargain-basement wages and treating people as disposable.
Keep hollowing the place out in the name of “efficiency.” If that strategy eventually runs CDW straight into the ground, management will have earned every damn inch of the fall.

Most of our leadership is shady.
They cut everyone else's pay but not their own.
Remember a coworker committed su----e outside 120 years ago and no mention of anything from them.
Normal coworker passes away...crickets, but if one of their own...a nice company wide email.
All I see from leadership is them flying around on the company dime drinking and eating at nice places and enjoying "free" events that we all as worker bee's pay for out of our production.
These leaders take credit for the work of the masses.
Imagine all the other things they do we don't see.

Because he was a total incompetent id--t. And hats off to the company and MK for actually making a move rather than letting it fester and moving him around like from HR to Sales or something similar.

Hopefully all the non Senior VP's also got fired.
Too many SVP's, VP's, Directors, etc... nor enough people actually selling a d truly supporting and speeding up the sales process.
Scapegoats since the parlor tricks don't actually produce increased revenues but also with increased GP.
Some worry though...lots more overseas Indian coworkers being hired not only to replace American AR/AP coworkers but now also replacing the various specialists they fired and are continuing to fire.
Pay overseas workers in rupees and save paying their former American counterparts in dollars.
