Are we not having an employee survey this year? Seems like last year around this time we were getting the heads up it was coming soon. If they don’t, I hope they realize the optics of that.

I hope you all know those surveys are not anonymous. They see what we do at all times and continue to pour more money into more micromanaging programs.
Point is, do your mission in stopping waste, fraud, and abuse and stop denying catastrophic claims and you will be much better company and not have to revert to PR stunts like Dare to Care 1/2 day of pictures to share with the news media.

Same thing after Project Growth. Some can’t handle the truth. But they’ll cash their big checks bolstered by the masses not receiving a raise.
Most associates didn’t receive a raise this year . I’m sure that fact alone would tank a lot of scores if the survey was sent. Who knows…. I’m just speculating…
Does that type of survey really matter that much??
