@285 looking at the recent senior leadership hires, it has mainly came in from external hires. BB dont seem to trust internals anymore. It's better to get externals who does not have the legacy 3M culture

BB hired a freelancer from Florida and she (JH) magically came in as SVP position under CTO. Talk about credibility

@ps you can imagine the state of R&D in 3M with RB, the French smoker and KH who has does nothing but smuzxing to rise. Led by the two beans in a pod ! Huh!!

@24x

Who? The constant yawner? Tired with no energy to visit customers. Made his money in Japan and China overseas assignment and had a few pet people whom he relied on

Every senior leader is terrible — all the same at the end of the day. Cannot think of a single one that I have heard of people respecting.

I think Wower will be next to go. She has proven to be effective in her restructuring done earlier. Wall Street demands results right now!

@yk FlimFlam is the clear winner. He is the reason 3M faced huge liability with its ear plugs. He promotes people who kiss his —- while making life miserable for those who call him out when he is wrong. He condones abusive and even misogynistic behavior by lawyers on his team so long as they feed his narcissism.

So looks like the list is starting to take shape.
Flimflam , Pinocchio Chavez, curl iron shields, bendy wowser and r&d beans rising to the top. And a new entrant, Joe karaoke. Joe karaoke is probably going to leave soon. This is not his sport.

@vn I’d bet that none of them give sh-t! If they did, they wouldn’t all be such a-s holes.

@s8

I can confirm that our many of our executives read these posts. Needless to say, they don't enjoy reading about themselves on this message board.

Funny, it appears she actually knew exactly where she was going from the start…. Don’t think for a minute this wasn’t all planned from the beginning as these kind of changes require the boards approval. Notice they’ve also been doing a ton of headcount reductions too.

To answer your first question: incompetence.

To answer your second question: no, no one can do that.

Why did Wower change the org structure twice since she joined 3M?

From division based
To product vertical & platform
To Vertical only

Can someone explain what is the difference from original change?

@sq Maybe this means she should be on the "best" executive list. Getting to do TWO reorgs in the same group? Impressive. Normally when they realize the first didn't work, they move you somewhere else. I guess she has someone fooled.

Bendy Bowel makes another big org change yet again. More verticals. Get rid of product platform. Creates more confusion for everyone.

Worst as a worker or as a person?
Worker: flimflam and his clown car by association. A hypocrite par excellence. Marrying his daughter on the company’s dime and bribing rainy Datsun and drunken fake Canadian blondie by inviting them and ensuring their loyalty. Remember the viva posts anyone? Flimflam: The cuckiest of cucks when it comes to work.
Worker: kc and her almost sapphic obsession with her r&d leader. It’s not a coincidence that three svps left in less than a year.
Person: Ciso. Just a hot mess!

Knowing the individual involved, it's likely BS.

Not saying all discrimination suits are not legit, but this one probably isn't.

@d5 MK for sure. I wonder how much the discrimination law suit filed against him will cost the company.

@h0 unfortunately he’s not going anywhere. Board waived his mandatory retirement at 65 in announcement when he was hired. So he’s just gonna keep doing what he’s doing and making his own reports do the same.

BB doesn't care. He will milk all the share price to be up and then he will be gone in 2 years time after mandatory retirement age.

There is no question about this - Bill Brown… old saying is so true, the fish rots from the head. It’s bad across the entire organization and this is coming straight from him. Listen to him in the town halls…. He doesn’t give a damn about people.
