@285 looking at the recent senior leadership hires, it has mainly came in from external hires. BB dont seem to trust internals anymore. It's better to get externals who does not have the legacy 3M culture

@h0 unfortunately he’s not going anywhere. Board waived his mandatory retirement at 65 in announcement when he was hired. So he’s just gonna keep doing what he’s doing and making his own reports do the same.
BB doesn't care. He will milk all the share price to be up and then he will be gone in 2 years time after mandatory retirement age.
