@hq of course you add some racist sh-t in there....it's one thing to have an issue with his performance or lack of but it's another thing to be a racist degenerate
@OP hope he realizes getting fired means FIRED, not laid off...no package, no COBRA, nada.
@cm it's everyone's business because the one who is cleaning up his sh-t is the one who gets layed off while the Mfr who doesn't show lives life at its best. So yeah it's everyone's business... Also he's probably buddy buddy with the manager SAAR wink wink.
@cm I'll take the other side on that. If someone else is unreliable, those who are putting in the effort have to clean up that person's s**t too. No interest in doing someone else's job unless I'm also getting their compensation.
