No email received. Just join a call and tell us that our jobs are potentially redundant. What does that even mean? Oh....and carry as normal! From a company that puts there talent and staffs mental health first. Really???

I don't know what's the criteria but it's not performance. I can say that with certainty considering who we just lost.

Most will not be touched. Reason being is they want to save $200m in 2024 by cutting employees. Then when critical initiatives are completed they will cut most contractors by end of. 2024 saving another $200m in 2025.
