Expensive implementation heads also been shown the door from now to the end of the year to further cut costs.
Hardware re org and chop happening
Rumours are that a restructure of support, not confirmed what countries/products, will happen this month.
Any extra news from our friends in UK? Is terminations finished?
YOu can't sign away your rights, UK employment law doesn't work like that, and my consultation lawyer was very clear on that point. What they did was make sure that they gave just enough redundancy to ensure taking legal action wasn't a viable path.
The law of ethics, respect, respect for employees and customers, respect for merit and work has been violated ....... there are those who are enriching themselves with millions of pounds behind those who believed in the company .
I don't think any laws were broken, certainly not in the UK, people signed exit agreements that removes their rights, they could have not signed and forced the company to go down a formal redundancy process but understand why they didn't.
At least we have an opportunity to express what a wonderful job the HR function are doing in the survey that came out yesterday, but constructive comments only allowed 😂😂😂. How is that even possible?!
The whole of idea of constructive feedback is that it helps a function to tackle the areas where they need to do better. You'd do well to remember that there are people behind every function and to post personal, nasty comments that are not constructive or helpful only says a huge amount about the person posting them. And before you ask, No, I don't work for HR. I've just got better things to do with my time than slate people for the sake of it.

Not sure they can afford the electricity for the lights but good shout. That said Tom’s Christmas light display will be very impressive.
I think it's important to understand that a decent merit increase across the board would have come off Tom's hugely inflated bonus payment and massive annual salary. It looks as though key areas of the business will need to be sold off now to prop up the redundancy/ severance pot, which looks like it will be taking a bashing over the next few weeks. If the last one out could turn off the lights that would be great!
Nothing improved, still a sh-t show, sh-t merit rise.
Things have been terrible but I think we are starting to turn a corner and things seem to be changing. I have certainly seen some progress since some of the changes in September
Karma caught up with the Bully then.
Stuffing your pockets with money ... here is an activity carried out with professionalism ....
More insane destruction of highly experienced quality employees from the Bristol office. Decisions made by id--ts that are just a waste of space and oxygen. When will the carnage ever end.
Sounds like the HR (eseeb+154y9TPM) happy clappers are on the board now. Typical HR reaction to the genuine concerns of employees.
How can anyone justify a 5-fold package increase compared to the previous CEO for such an epic fail whilst employees have had big reductions in packages in real terms especially those who have lost RSU's.
I think you might have a bit of boot polish on your lip there, Anonymous, you might want to wipe it off...
Lol, we are all busy, doing second jobs, working from home to make ends meet. Incidentally it has been rumoured that the Bristol office have been hit but only have 2 or 3 casualties, who have already gone? Can anybody confirm this, perhaps Babbs 36DD?
I thought everyone was so busy, they had no time to do anything but work... seems to me that you're just a bunch of moaning minnies who spend a load of time googling people's pay! Grow up.
Not really sure why anybody would go to the trouble of giving him the benefit of the doubt on here, this ain't the fan club forum.
If his senior execs are scared to be honest with him, that implies nothing positive about his leadership style.
To be fair to Tom, if his KLT members had knowledge and ba--s to stand up to Tom, we would not be in this situation…
@ tom thumb grim news for keyloop/cdki or what's left of CDK Global I'm usa?
It is rumoured that Halloween is going to bring some more grim news.............
If we want to be honest ... even the members of the klt are not paid with two pennies .........
We are talking about £ 2M, eight months of his work, from January to August, correspond to a whole life of work ...........................!!!!!?!!!?!!!?
Yes he is being paid £2m to f##k the company up - but did he get a free Keyloop picnic blanket? These are being sold for £2.99 at our local petrol station (no logo) - Keyloopers you should be happy, all companies do not give such extravagant gifts, surely you don't expect a payrise and a blanket?
£ 1,500,000.00 + 500,000.00 = £ 2,000,000.00 it takes 60 years of work for an average salary for a keyloop employee ........ there is some reflection to do ...
Paying for huge failure that makes no sense to anyone. Disgusting but the HR woke team will spin up a wellness week that will do the trick.
It tells you absolutely everything you need to know about the contempt they really hold their employees in.
Lining their already stuffed pockets while the workers get given meager, real term pay-cuts at the end of one of the most difficult, exhausting years of their working lives, and the cost of living skyrockets.
It's completely disgusting. Tory Britain at its finest.
£1.5m + bonus lol as Dire Straits sang Money For Nothing. What a farce.
£ 1.5 million a year plus bonuses for destroying a business versus £ 1,500 a month plus a tip to try desperately not to let customers escape ... working as slaves to repair the damage of a group of incompetent rich people ...... there is something wrong......
Oh, and his bonus was £500K. Or more than 250x more than the average bonus. Thanks for all your hard work folks.
Latest fillings at Companies House show Mr Kilroy's annual salary is ~£1.5M !!!! Just keep that in mind when he talks about keeping costs low and the meagre pay rises we were awarded this year.
Trick or treat everybody......
What you mean we lost ton of people last week but this thread is confusing now with the cdki keyloop spilt 😂
Another week on and nothing to back up the recent comments on this board. Don't believe the hype................
"We have done this before, we know what we are doing."
You could be forgiven for not taking that claim entirely on face value.
I'm no businessman but I'm sure there are plenty of ways to boldly change business direction without savagely gutting the company, getting rid of a huge swathe of the most talented staff, completely undermining the morale and job security of the remaining employees, and completely alienating the customer base through degradation of service levels.
I'm not sure what I was expecting when Fransisco Partners took over, but from a supposed company of that size and experience I did expect basic business compentcy, and nothing I've seen in the past 18 months suggests anything near it. The KLT aren't playing some kind of long game 4D chess with the business, they're just deeply mediocre corporate clowns in suits who have no understanding or respect for the company that was, it's workers, it's customers or the industry they do business in, who just about scuttled the company last May and have been lurching along, making it up as they go ever since.
Insider news from SLT. By the end of 2024, hopefully only a few products will still be in the portfolio. If you remember some of Tom’s first words: “We have done this before, we know what we are doing”, and look at the history of Tom and FP on other companies, it all makes sense. Cutting away all the “fat” is the strategy. Nobody can be secure besides from most of the SLT and the KLT..
kwasi kwarteng part of the KLT making most on the decisions it seems nowadays.............
