There's something fishy about the last few comments. All the replies confirming the redundancies seem to have the same terrible grasp on English/grammar.
Not convinced these latest redundancy reports aren't somebody playing stupid attention seeking games.

The KLT do not have a clue about the DMS or how it works or the industry it was built for, but are all good chums that have socialised together previously and are just focused on the bonus they will get when the company is sold on, the majority of the next management levels have the key attributes. All very, very sad for the workers and customers.
To manage a company well, you need experienced and prepared managers. It seems an obvious sentence, unfortunately not so obvious .... it seems .....
Desperate for skills ...... selection of employees dismissed a few months ago ......... something wrong? where is the mistake? Are they firing, hiring and firing again? Schizophrenia? or Strategy? Only the market will evaluate ..... but at the moment the competition is enriching.
Not to defend Keyloop but CDK we’re equally pi-s poor with their annual rises. Many a year I didn’t get one at all.
Nothing for the hard working staff versus KLT and CEO working towards the FP multi millions of bonuses on 5year FP sell off. Makes you feel sick but the happy clappers still spouting BS.

The new term for this is Quiet Firing. CDK is a trailblazer and has been practicing this since 2014.
Despair strategy would be to tire employees by hoping that they will leave spontaneously.

3% was the cap across the employee base, no one got higher, so would be a bit of a gamble if it forces so many out at the same time. One way to bring a company down I suppose.
That’s by design. They want you to leave on your own so they don’t have to pay you severance. If you have not got a merit increase, that’s means you are not that valuable for the company and they are ok with you leaving
I think we can expect a few more to jump ship in the next month or so after the pitiful Sept "merit" increase of 3% Some didn't even get that. How they can expect to retain people is beyond me.

Another one leaves the sinking ship HMS Keyloop, what will the black ops team do without him? I would suggest the same as with him - sod all.
On one hand it's probably a fair point that there's confusion over the company names in the threads now and technically this isn't now under the correct name. On the other, it takes a certain amount of entitlement to turn up to a years running thread where all of maybe 2 people from CDK Global have recently posted, suggesting that everybody else should be the ones to leave.
It would probably make more sense to try to set up a brand new, fresh page for the new CDK Global bout of layoffs/maybe even somebody ask thelayoff.com to rename this one, if that's something they can do?
This thread is getting confusing now that cdk are doing the same thing keyloop did. Maybe the keyloop people should get there own and let the cdk people complain about their private equity buyout in peace.
Restructure is still happening, its still being relayed via townhalls bit by bit but nobody really knows what is going to happen. My guess now, is that people will bd forced into roles which they don't want to do and ultimately these people will be forced to leave without redundancy.
Pensions not being paid on time every month is very concerning. I don't think there are any sales people left now so can't see how revenue will ever come in to pacify the mo--ns.
