It really su-ks getting a good manager, they don’t stay in the role long. Then you get stuck with the worst human alive. Which will shock the pants right off you because you never thought anyone could be worse than the last
Management at fido only had to do 1 thing to get that title and pay raise. You know what it is. It involves butt cheeks and lips.
Leadership in meetings all day, just to present something to top leadership that will have no effect on anything. So much busy work here.
The leadership meetings are just for their egos. More than half of these meetings could just be an email.
