Lawsuit against Gartner from investors

How has no exec internally brought up the lawsuit about securities fraud. The silence is deafening.

Meanwhile the C level still have their off-sites with expensive food and drinks like the world is rosy. And the stock keeps sinking lower

Gartner is utilizing aggressive financial engineering, funneling $3.26 billion into stock buybacks since 2024 alone, to artificially boost EPS and executive bonuses despite stalled organic growth. While management executes these buybacks to inflate share price, employees face the negative impacts of ongoing restructuring, rolling layoffs, and diminished job security.

I think the executive suite has become an echo chamber. What I find interesting is that no company expresses interest in buying it. No VC, no upstart, no big consultancy. None appears to want anything to do with it.
Lusher Advisory suggested recently that Gartner's main advantage lies in network effects. I think that used to be an advantage. But with AI, that apparently evaporates. Now Gartner is just a shell. And, in classic McKinsey style, the Exec's are milking the heck out of sunk costs. Investing elsewhere? We can be sure.
