I am looking for a good law firm that is interested in pursuing a case against Oracle for how are evaluating people's year ends reviews and how they are calculating ATV/bonuses. Anyone have any referrals of good law firms with a winning track record? Yes, I am still employed with Oracle but who knows by next month.

If your manager asks you to take on extra work because of laid-off colleagues, but then gives you a poor performance rating for not doing "enough" and lays you off anyway, sue.
You can sue as an individual or join together with others to file a group class action lawsuit. In either case, keep a detailed paper trail of extra work you were asked to do.

They have revamped the form specifically for BNY. This is going to lead to more lawsuits. The form basically implies they will not allow any remote accommodation.
We all know an impending rebadge is coming. Chances are VZ will consider those that refuse it as effectively resigning, which means no severance and no unemployment.
I'm not a lawyer, but a rebadge could also be interpreted as "your job is now at Deloitte/Infosys/HLC". That means the VZ job no longer exists. If the rebadge is declined, it could be an involuntary separation with severance and unemployment.
I'm guessing VZ would think twice should there be a lawsuit threat.
During the 2008 VSP / Infosys rebadge, VZ wasn't offering the extended severance to those eligible for retirement but relented when enough people complained. It's not the same thing and times have changed, but nothing will happen if the affected people don't push back.
Note: what happened with Daniel's "the transformation is going to be hard work, but when you look back you'll be very proud of it"? I guess the rebadge wasn't in the cards back then.

Saw a meeting on my calendar for the 2Q results this Friday. I am pretty sure it said that it was with "Wall Street analysts". I don't think I've ever seen that on any other results all hands call before. I wonder if they are real Wall Street analysts or just paid stooges that are going to say the future is bright and getting booted off the Dow after 22 years means nothing.
I feel like things like this are a red flag like the time in 2024 when they spoke about transparency for almost the entire all hands call.
It was just by chance that Verizon had just lost a class action lawsuit for not being transparent so they had to prove that they at least knew how to say the word.

The strain inside the AI bo-m’s biggest infrastructure bet has reached a courtroom. Oracle’s own investors are suing, saying the company hid how shaky its $300bn deal with OpenAI really was.
"Oracle was required to disclose at the time of the February 2026 Note Offering that the customer primarily responsible for the staggering [remaining performance obligations] growth claimed in the registration statement - OpenAI - had missed its internal revenue and new user targets and that OpenAI's own CFO had doubts raised about OpenAI's ability to pay for cloud computing power such as that supplied by Oracle. Memo to the Board of Directors. A Board Member & a watch dog from the NYDFS needs to be on milestone calls with Accenture & firm managment constantly to oversee this transition. In case you have not see it, our first real glimpse into the major issues w/Accenture have come from a recent lawsuit filed in the Southern District of NY by a former managing director of TIAA-CREF.
