Fake cards
The Indian Enforcement Directorate (ED) says more than 1,000 Truist Bank debit cards were allegedly distributed in India in the name "Santosh Kumar” and alleges this change was made to conceal the identities of the actual users and avoid drawing attention from law enforcement.
How is this possible from an internal controls PoV? Does that mean we have special accounts that can have multiple cards issued and the previous cards not automatically cancelled?
Anyone else seeing how bad things have gotten with the OK account?
This account is a total it-shay ow-shay. Management (especially upper mgmt) is staggeringly incompetent and would rather play at power dynamics and cry wolf when things don't go their way even after slave driving the ever shrinking number of experienced technical staff... as if we know what "their way" is to begin with. Then you have the customer also not knowing what they want or what they're doing while experience and talent walk out the door.
The OK AG has launched an investigation into OHCA due to severe fraud occurring for multiple years at this point that abuses the Open Enrollment process. Given what I've seen with Gainwell, I'm not surprised that this has happened. It probably goes even deeper than the AG's initial probe.
Gainwell just might have to pay the piper and lose another contract. If anyone else has additional insight, I'm very curious to know how dire things are.

fraud
Im assuming there are a lot of knowledgeable individuals here who may be able to clarify this.
Can someone explain whether banks are legally required to comply with search warrants issued by a local police department in cases involving fraudulent wire transfers?
I recently had a fraudulent wire transfer claim with Bank of America that was denied. At the same time, I filed a police report with my local police department. In an effort to investigate and identify the suspect, the detective has issued multiple search warrants to the bank.
However, the bank has not responded to these warrants.
My question is: are banks required to comply with search warrants issued by local law enforcement, and if so, what typically happens when they do not respond or delay compliance?
Any insight would be appreciated.

RTO - Corporate Investigation
Not sure if this is company wide or just certain departments, but it looks like they’re going to start cracking down on hours in office for salaried employees. Last month a girl on a neighboring team was placed on “administrative leave” as she was being investigated for hours spent in office. Then earlier today, a guy on my team received an email titled “Corporate Investigation - RTO”, but he was able to come back to his desk and continue his day. He said he’ll talk to me off campus about the meeting.
Investigate unions
How do we go about having our own unions investigated for not doing their jobs? Clearly, the production hike is correlating with injuries and incidences. It appears they want transportation to do inspections and just Carmen to the shop and justification of a percentage production number.
