Fintech is not a bad industry
Just because FIS is a disaster doesn't mean the industry as a whole is.

Cuts because of "AI"
Whoever (Roscoe?) is the inside source talking to the press saying a bunch of senior leaders were fired because of AI, we don't even have any good AI tools you d-mb fu-k. What a crock of sh-t.
Lawyers out
I don’t usually feel sorry for lawyers, but the latest fun at this place is now an inexplicable reshuffling of lawyers. But not really reshuffling—firing good lawyers for no reason instead of giving them a shot at the new job titles they’re totally qualified for. Hire new people! Put people first! Be super-stupid! Nice work, Solvsrs.
Fire ServiceFund Directors & Associate Directors
Humana should take a close look at the middle level leaders in ServiceFund.
They really need a changeover. I bet you will see that they have had multiple HR4U complaints by their staff.
I imagine firing them will even help with Humana’s public relations image.

New hires don't stand a chance
I can't tell you how many fresh college grads I've watched join Nike and flame out within three months. They're hired to do a job that was invented by someone with years of experience, given next to no training, and then thrown into the fire with sky-high expectations. The result is always the same. I really feel bad for them. And I wonder if anyone in charge has realized yet that firing experienced people and replacing them with rookies might not have been the genius move they thought it was.
London gets 20 million a year plus perks
and she is firing people again. Is not insane!
IT IS DIABOLICAL!!!! IS A DEMON!
Mid terms are being used for quiet firings
I just had a co-worker terminated Monday at mid-term. Also saw this once last year at mid-term. Looks like HR is making the call if you have a low performance review. Both employees had over seven years. Another quiet way Ford is removing employees.
HR’s KPI - FIRE smoothly
HR’s KPI seems simple: fire smoothly as many people as possible. No fairness, no compassion, no consideration just cut people ruthlessly to protect their own positions. Apparently, job security in HR means making sure everyone else loses theirs first.
Can you refuse rebadging?
Without being fired on the spot?
What percentage of Wells layoffs you think are firings disguised as layoffs to get rid of protected class employees?
Weird to call it a layoff when a replacement is hired shortly after. Morgan and Morgan would have a field day with Wells.
She claims leadership eventually stopped communicating with her directly, requiring her to funnel all workplace interactions through a single in
Anyone else experience this?

Venkat...
...can keep firing people but it's not going to fill the hole that he's dug for himself.
Terrible situation for all
The school is firing faculty and staff but opened a campus in India? They’re broke and will be closing, it’s obvious. They have treated their students, staff, and faculty like garbage.
Firing tenure-track faculty
Never take a position at this institution. They have recently declared financial exigency to layoff tenure-track faculty while admins keep increasing their own salaries. Shameful.
Hiring and Firing Practices
All Internal hiring/firing immigration fraud must be well documented. Please be a whistleblower to report the fraudsters.
Also, report the unethical layoffs of American employees and any illegal offshoring practices.
Document LCA Violations: Take clear photographs of mandatory Labor Condition Application (LCA) postings as physical evidence. Federal law requires these to be conspicuously displayed on corporate notice boards, break room bulletin boards, or directly inside manager and contractor rooms.
USCIS Fraud Detection: Submit explicit details of visa manipulation directly via the USCIS Tip Form at uscis.govDepartment of Labor:
File a formal workforce exploitation complaint with the DOL Wage and Hour Division at dol.gov
Civil Rights Violations: Report the displacement of citizen employees, racial bias, or caste discrimination to the DHS Civil Rights Complaint Portal at dhs.gov
EEOC Enforcement: Trigger a formal federal investigation into national origin, race, or caste-based discrimination via the EEOC Public Portal at eeoc.gov
Mass Call Center Firings
Supposedly, Fidelity is all of a sudden firing a lot of call center workers for call/job avoidance at numerous sites. This was announced last week and is now being communicated to phone reps. The memo states that Fidelity can deem pretty much whatever they want as call/job avoidance, such as system restarts (which you often have to do because of the non-stop tech issues at this company).
If an employee is not legitimately doing their job, sure, they deserve to be fired. But... what a big coincidence that this is happening at scale for the first time, as far as I've ever heard, right before fulltime RTO and during their other quiet layoff methods such as cutting bonuses, benefits, etc. If they fire a lot of reps, then it won't count as a layoff.
The quiet layoffs will continue until morale improves.
This is not right
I interned here, loved it, and turned down other jobs to come back. Four months later, I'm out with no warning and no explanation. Why hire people if you plan on getting rid of them within months?
They want me to quit
They can't lay me off without severance, so they're making me want to quit instead. That's the only conclusion I can make after my workload got cut to nothing, my meetings disappeared, and my manager stopped including me in planning. I guess they're hoping I'll eventually crack and submit my resignation. Or they'll try to fire me. Whatever it is, I'm definitely not going to do them any favors and walk away on my own. They have no idea how stubborn I can get.
Business Transformation getting Executives fired
I heard there was a BT team that got the old VPs/SVPs of base management and CS fired by pointing out how terrible their decisions were. How does one join this team?
Do ADs decide who gets RIFed
I’ve seen high performers get RIFed…if they’ve been on their ADs sh-t list. Does that imply AD had a say in the job loss? Serious feedback please no trolling
DW needs to GO.
DW is a problem and needless firings will always be on the table so long as she's the one making creative decisions.
What's new with Kronos
I think their trying real hard to trip people up so they can fire them. Then hire people with a low salary.
SRP is a joke
New name . Same horrible neglected products. The once proud data protection division is a shell of what it was and is mostly made up of the hangers on being replaced with the ngsa graduates who don't know any better and just want to get out to the field to them half your pay is the dream job and a massive raise. Many of the leaders are protected . Bainenl should go sniffing around there lots of dead wood and useless dead weight that if you fired the Monday hardly anyone one notice. Sad but true.
The General concensus
Like others here most would like to keep their jobs, to not have to start all over again. Nobody wished for layoffs, firings, etc. There were many times since the layoffs started that I would pray for that Golden Tuesday after payday. One would post about here and hear the smug response, I'd like to keep my job. Well wouldn't any person working just to survive. Now like others around me, the staged mid years are going on and we're getting not meets. Not meets we're told means NO severance. Like they're saying, chase the new carrot. Improve by year end or get fired, no severance for you. The kicker is they've changed the formula used for evals, where you're going to be not meets no matter what you do. They've hired 1,000's of new hires. I guess they've filled the quotas of cheap labor in the Philippines. The new hire class should be hitting the floor we're told in Roanoke, VA in the near future. Seems like that's when the closing Richmond site, will start the firings and the layoffs. As for me, since the cushy keeping the job is not an option...I am praying for a Tuesday after payday displacement. I'm envious of those fortunate to have been laid off with the golden ticket and 60 day non-working period. In retrospect, what good did it do to stay waiting for severance?! They've made it a no win situation. The beatings will continue until morale improves. The firings will continue, and they're saying sc--w your morale...they just want you to F off.
Hey managers, firing people to make the oligarchy richer is wrong. Don't be an enabler of the decimation of the middle class.
Lie your a-s off about why you can't be working Thursday:
Your throat is raw, you lost your voice, you are sick.
Someone close to you died.
Dropped your phone and lost all of your contact numbers.
Etc..
Terrible things have been done throughout history by "regular" people at the direction of those "above" them. Don't be one of those people. Stand up, find another job, whatever you need to do to keep some modicum of self respect and respect for your fellow human.
Cameron Brady getting fired?
Someone posted that he may be getting fired. Is there any merit to that claim? I know most people think he should be fired but I’m curious if there is any merit to the claim that he will be fired
"Layoffs" are not true layoffs at SF
Just a heads-up... firings are commencing at a rapid rate in certain areas. If you have many years with the company and the expectations lately have shifted until they feel like heavy proverbial noose...wiggle out of there quick! You will get no warning. Just bam. Random day, random hour...they'll come for you.... and you are left with NOTHING. Just so relieved my Mom finally saw the light and already changed companies for her own coverages. She herself a retiree with many years of service at SF. People mean LESS THAN NOTHING to SF anymore.
Not that sad to be heading out to make my life better now; I am prepared to make changes and succeed despite that company trying to make me feel more useless every day. When I succeed wildly-and I WILL!- I will have them in mind....only in the most negative way possible.
Not falling for it
The new strategy seems clear - scare us into quitting so they don't have to pay severance. Managers are allowed to treat people terribly and threaten us with firings but I've never seen anyone actually fired. Let them try. I'm not doing them any favors. If they want me out, they can pay me what I'm owed.
PIP for Non Immigrant Workers in USA
Is IBM using PIPs to exclusively get rid of employees who are US citizens?
Do you know of any H1B employees have been been put on PIP and fired for not being able to successfully complete the PIP.
Three things need to happen IMMEDIATELY on Sept 2!
1) Change the name of Truist. People still make fun of it.
2) Fire all management and hire business support groups to win business for the bank. Corrupt management has plagued this bank.
3) Get out of the d-mbest contracts alive with the golf sponsorship and the Braves. They add ZERO value. The bank has plummeted despite having these sponsorships and apply the money to better suit shareholders.
Everett purge / Boston purge
I am being let go today at 10am well I think at 10am there is a random meeting with myself and the wonderful people team and my manager set for then. I haven’t been here long , was out of the Boston office told to go to Everett for time being. Only been with company for 4 years, so I’m not too upset. The way they went about it was just unprofessional in my honest take. My grandmother died last year and I will admit I didn’t put In for bereavement right away due to I was very close to her and had to travel to California for services. They got me with failure to meet RTO because I was in fact red for that time period so I guess it’s my own fault. Just to me seems dastardly to get me for that when I’ve gotten all meets or above since I have been here. I told my manager I know it’s not his fault and he apologized but I guess that is how they are doing things now. Just be careful with your days in office or any tiny hang up they can get you on. Wish everyone good luck in finding new jobs away from here.

Serious Question: Will an employee get money for pending sabbatical during firing?
Please help enlighten.
Employees can make a case to fire Geoff
We need at least 35,000 insider posts on this and can guarantee we can get rid of Geoff if all of you employees rally. Let’s go.
A shift I've noticed
It used to be formal layoffs with packages were the only thing to worry about. Now they're moving toward firing people individually. I personally know three people let go for reasons that made no sense. One had fine reviews but was told their performance was poor. Really? I hope they talk to a lawyer.
Firing Today June 9, 2026
A friend in GD was fired today for not going into the office. No severance package, realy firing. Has this happened in any other group? Was this just GD or did it occur in other BUs/CFs?
Fire these folks!
If you’ve ever met the team leads of Home Delivery such Fax or Document Management team, they should lay them off. Never i have ever seen team tech leads do absolutely nothing in the office, finding ways to avoid work as well as tormenting employees in front of management to show how powerful they are. No wonder Home Delivery is losing funding. You guys are paying employees to sit around and do nothing
