Ethics of paying to win an ethics award
I just learned that the bank pays thousands of dollars to "win" the Most Ethical Companies award that we "win" every year and brag about everywhere even on our screen savers. All the companies that "win" pay Ethicsphere for the award. Is that... — read more

Who is pulling the strings here???
GER posts were removed but one came back. I would hope its not TheLayOff.com censoring people since they push "comment, its anonymous". So then it makes me think is someone at USB monitoring this and asking for post removals or reviews? You cant... — read more
TLDR Bait…. How can we fix the work culture?
The saddest part is how a few toxic individuals in each department (in addition with the few HR bad apples being the glue) create this horrible life changing experience for the employees there and it’s totally acceptable. U.S. Bank use to represent... — read more
