Ayman Prove Employees are the Most Important Asset
Take all the bonuses away from M4 and above.
Make all M4 and above take a 3% pay cut.
Give all M3 and below a minimum of a 5% raise.
Then we will believe that you truly understand we are the most important assets the company has and that we need to be compensated.
20% raises for all next month?
Is this a certainty or still just a rumor?
Legacy Devon Raises
Turns legacy Coterra is making about 12% more. Heard balancing should be done by October. Any news on different departments target date?
Wages and Inflation
Humana, PLEASE give us raises that keep uo with inflation.
Every employee, every year, should be receiving an annual raise that percentage wise to their current salary exceeds the current rate of inflation.
The math shouldn’t be that hard for you. I am confident you HR and Financial Consultants, and Actuaries can figure it out.
Longest number of years without a raise
What is the longest amount of time you have gone with no raise?
3.5% COLA just to break even
If your total compensation doesn’t increase by at least 3.5% you are not even breaking even. And you need even more than that to make up for the zero raises of 2026.
Mid Year Raise this year? Pls bill
Do you think u there’s any chance of a mid year raise this year? I got one around this time last year and was shocked.. maybe because I was way below the old TSR minimum.
I doubt it.. but man we have been doing so much and endured so much BS this year. If we got it, it would help so much with gas, parking, other RTO BS. I’m just desperate.. feeling like a prisoner for Debbie and Bill. Begging them to spare me and give me their scraps.
Great Quarter. Guess Whose Plate Stayed Empty.
Q2 was apparently a great quarter for the company. Great enough to raise the yearly outlook. Leadership made sure to credit us for it.
Remember when the raise was contingent on a good Q2? Yeah. Turns out the goalposts have wheels. Other regions got bumps in Q1. We got a pat on the back and a rerun of 2024's paycheck.
Meanwhile the CEO's total comp for the year lands north of $3.9M. Must be a real coincidence that number moves easier than ours does.
Going the extra mile used to pay off
Not anymore. The people doing the bare minimum are getting all the same raises and the same recognition as we do. And when it's time to cut folks, we all have the exact same chance of being affected. What incentive does that leave for us?
This is becoming infuriating
Low performers get lower expectations and less work. High performers get dumped on. The raises are basically the same. And it keeps happening.
What have raises been like for everyone?
I received my smallest raise ever this year (aside from zero during Covid). I had a good rating this year as well. Is this normal or does my boss hate me?
New CEO coming
First order of business is give everyone a raise and stock options one the stock crashes this fall. Second order of business is to fire all the managers and leaders. 3rd order of business is to get rid of the coffee machines. Jd
Merrit raises
I got 38 cents is that normal for raises I feel like we should get more specially to adjust to the cost of living 38 cents does not cover the cost of live g at all.
Dxc Appraisal scoring
The way it works is that Execs get a 1 rating by default, that entitles them to rises every year even if turnover and profits fall (no deliverable or goals for them) . The others that get 1 are managers friends, anyone else can do a excellent but will never get a 1. Such a "pre" fixed pointless system. Repeat and rinse every year.
Management - your astroturfing is backfiring
Don't spend money on paying Indian contractors to astroturf here. Use that money instead to give American workers a raise. I am not kidding when I say every post that is clearly from management or a foreign worker is a clear sign to the American workers that you are scared, and I'm using it accordingly. Give us salespeople higher base pay and activity here will begin to calm down AND productivity will increase!
Why do raises and reviews take so long to show up?
It's the middle of July, shouldn't they be showing by now? And yes I know that CVS is notoriously slow at this kind of stuff, but still to not even have your manager say anything to you yet? What gives? The one time that DL's need to pressure managers to get this done is the one time DL is silent.
Another spectacular quarter!
That means we’re all getting fat raises next year because we’ve done a great job. Right? Right…
Would a pay increase change how you feel about RTO?
For me, the biggest issue is that RTO is basically a pay cut in disguise. Between gas and all the other extra expenses, it adds up fast. If they gave us a pay raise that covered those costs, I honestly wouldn't mind it nearly as much as I do now.
FAFO
I think they f*cked around and found out that a large majority of their workforce applied for the VSP lmaooooooo.
I could be wrong, but if they would just tell us the PERCENTAGE of the workforce being laid off, we wouldn’t be in this mess.
“this program is intended”… f*ck intentions at this point. “if you want to leave Centene”… I had no plans to leave Centene, but here I am with an application to BOUNCE!
these cost savings will not go to promotions and raises that are well deserved. it is CRYSTAL CLEAR work loads will increase.
absolutely not.
Salary Increases
What percentage are you getting on your salary increase? when will you know?

AK ranks 34th out of 392 CEOs on the list:

Waiting with bated breath for my 51% raise this year!
No Raises?
No Raises? What did that w3 article mean?
Outsource Finance
let’s save money. need a raise and getting rid of one of Verizon’s weakest departments would help.
2% raises coming
Inflation is not coming for your salary. Gas and food prices are going up, but the standard raise this year is just going to be 2% instead of the 3% we've been getting. Can't imagine people are going to be happy about that.
Realignment & Cost of Living Raise
The last Cost of Living Raise in stores happened in 2021 (part 1) and in 2022 (part 2).
The last Realignment happened in mid-2024.
The company seems to realign and give cost of living raises every few years since 2015.
Any chatter about the next ones?
Raises on the way or early retirements
2.75% average raises will happen this month. KM will wait to see how many quit then offer early retirement to some to try and keep the budget balanced.
Mid year reviews.
What are they for nowadays? To belittle us some more and then give us no raises? It’s basically what they did. Everything is urgent in this bank except employee recognition and salary increases.
We're all in this together!
Except when it comes to bonuses, which mostly go to those on top. And layoffs, which mostly affected those of us not on top. And raises. And so on. But we're all in this together! /s
Yearly raises and bonus
Who is eligible for a yearly bonus. Doesn’t seem very clear. I am getting the the feeling it’s only for upper management employees.
Bye Bye Annual Salary Increase
Heard that it’s going away and that an email is going out next month with detail. Anyone hear anything else?
No Raises Again!
Pretty funny that LP announced that only 3rd world countries would be getting raises, some of the countries that were deemed worthy of raises are miles from US friends. I'll bet we haven't had raises in the US for like 10 out of 15 years, always some crisis, that results in a delay. How do you run a company like this? When workers complain about it, the answer is we saved jobs as a result of no raises and your lucky to have a job. Speaking on behalf of the people that are left, who cares! Let more people go. The funniest thing is that my big SVP who send us these strange demanding emails all the time threatens everyone that they won't get a raise next month when raises are planned if we miss achieving 20 different metrics he came up with at the start of the week. Teflon
When's the last time you received a raise?
Asking for a friend.
BTC mid year raises
Anyone else at BTC surprised to receive a mid year raise? My supervisor said that I had earned it with my performance and also due to the rising inflation here in India. I thought raises were only in January so this is a nice surprise as a new hire that my salary is increasing already.
Good news.
With all this good news being said about Lumen, why are raises for non-union employees not being given?
Analyst program raises expectations?
What is the average raise after graduating from the analyst program? Is 10% an average or that’s too high to expect?
Employee Survey is a Joke
My manager just discussed it - apparently majority of the OT employees think RTO is fine.
I work out of an office but most folks I collaborate with are virtual! It feels unfair.
And yes, I have started applying externally..not out of spite for RTO but because I am ready for a level up financially. The 2% raises are not helping at all.
