I hope everyone on wallstreet knows that earnings are artificially inflated because total commissions haven’t been paid to 20,000+ sales people for Q2. I hope the analysis dig deep into this on the earnings call.

No announcements of layoffs during earnings call. Maybe Chuck post some internally, please share here. Any other LR or reorg news?

The latest earnings call and filings are worrying. I read somewhere that $1m per day is going towards interest payments? Can we expect even more layoffs?

Stop slamming Mike. Stop prejudging Takis. They both got sc--wed. Neither of them would have taken the job if the knew that Frank built a house of cards. He left when the runway was running out. So he hired fall guys. Mike brought humanity to this company. But you can’t fix fraudulent earnings. Mike obviously supported Takis and made him co-president. Mike designed the strategy for a turn around which Takis upheld on the earnings call. Stop pitting and comparing Mike against Takis. The blame lies with Frank. The solution is to work together and deliver what this company is capable of.

No pipeline outside of cabinet business and Titan XT is merely a software upgrade with new to customer hardware.

Layoffs in product and professional services drove most of the non-GAAP earnings last quarter. Costs are still through the roof and the level of attrition has created new issues with sales and projects that are problematic and expensive to turn around.

Can only assume and plan for more cuts in staff to make numbers in 3rd quarter.

Stock is worth $22 not the $36 it’s trading at right now. $60 a share is impossible now. Was that price 3 years ago - gone for good.

Nice job, ADM. But what’s next? Core or non-core, sale or not?

Layoffs confirmed, just after earnings

I work for the most incompetent and delusional human being I’ve ever met. That he has reach a high level is truly astonishing.

What’s everyone heard about next week? Looks like we hit our earnings numbers. And the Beat + Beyond #s was already sent out far in advance. Could be good?

Well, PSX earnings were about what we all expected them to be: adequate but not blockbuster like VLO and MPC.

So, how bad are earnings going to be??

I’m inferring by the lack of internal fanfare that it’s going to be another quarter in decline.

I know it would not materially change anything but I’d love to hear from the C level some admission of guilt, a mea culpa if you will. But we all know those with golden parachutes are too smug to admit their failings to us peons and plebs.

This is the first bullet point of your own PR press release to announce earnings:

"Financial Performance: Delivered solid second quarter results with Strategic revenue increasing to approximately 53% of total business revenue, up from 51% in the first quarter."

What part of the quarter can be described as "great"?

Why did the stock tank after earnings? Is this the Kubasik effect or the new CFO or both?

Today XOM missed earnings, DW attributed the miss largely to the refining business. If youre not paying attention, refining crack spreads (profit per barrel) are the largest they've ever been. Isn't DW the refining CEO...how does the board accept and explain this comparative performance to CVX?

My prediction is our lead message is that we still need to cut costs - no matter the results.

Can just anyone hop on and listen to the earnings call tomorrow? I've never done it before, and I'm curious to hear what will be said amidst all of this BS.

Am I the only one who is worried about Q3 results and what that'll mean for us? We know this leadership will use all and any opportunity to justify even more layoffs, and this could be a prime one.

Every time we don't do fab in Q2 there seems to be a cycle of layoffs after.
