Historically, we see org changes and layoffs in September/October. No one really knows but we are good at reading the signs. Anyone reading anything?

Anyone hear/know what this support center position/title change is taking place 11/1?
Pre Labor Day Structural Announcements
Incoming. This will be Act II of the Division dissolution. Now the legacy GTO leaders get their just due. A new product led organization is upon us. Welcome Fraser to that post and adios to the most arrogant set of IT leaders I have ever had to tolerate. You of 15-20 years of incompetence built this mess and now you try to claim the NewCo idea as yours. Make no mistake, it was and is not. Remainco begins on September 8th. Watch the fireworks begin next week. Here we go!
Marketing Org - About time
Marketing has not done much over the last couple of years. CMO was part of the legacy HS ex CFO who blew up marketing org to over 100 with no real results.
Glad to see CEO and the new CHRO observing the true contribution in the organisation.
Here it is, just in time for the weekend

R2B transition team in shambles
The R2B leadership is more lost than Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles in a fun house. I have never seen this level of incompetence and desperation from a leadership team. Rumors are circulating about significant cuts to senior management and underperforming account managers, along with the possibility that whatever remains of R2B will be merged into B2B.
I can’t say I feel particularly bad for the bootlickers. A lot of people spent their time kissing the rings instead of building skills that translate outside the organization. Now some of them may be about to find out the hard way what the real world thinks their $100K corporate title is worth.
ELT shake-up
Anybody else befuddled by the ELT leadership shake-up today?
Is Roy UT Northrop doing OK??
there’s big management shifts at Roy rn. Things going ok? Are we safe?
SMB and Tfb
Can anyone explain the upcoming changes for small and medium and midmarket business?
New CFO and finance changes
DD came on board 8/16 and I noticed that in addition to CFO, he also has listed Interim Corporate Controller per Nike's stock page on CNBC. Were there some org moves prior to his arrival or is he making changes from day 1?
Anyone know what the org changes in D&D could look like?
Heard about upcoming org changes in D&D, not sure when and what it’s going to look like.
CBN Reduces Staff Amid Strategic Realignment
The Christian Broadcasting Network has announced workforce reductions affecting approximately 8.4% of its U.S. employees. This decision stems from organizational changes and a need to focus resources on future growth. The media and fundraising landscape has shifted, prompting CBN to streamline operations. These changes are part of a broader strategy to reallocate resources effectively. The organization stated it remains committed to its mission and donor stewardship.

Frontier craft job titles
Word is that frontier copper and fiber splicers will have to transition to the one tech out role “ Combo Technician” 1/27
WTF Is Going On in Payment Integrity?!
Has anyone heard anything about possible job-title changes within Payment Integrity? I’ve heard there may be an effort to consolidate or standardize multiple roles under fewer job titles, which could potentially result in compensation adjustments, some employees may receive increases, while others could see reductions.
There also appear to be employees who accepted the VSP but are now choosing to leave before their assigned separation dates, even though leaving early may mean giving up their VSP payout. That raises additional concerns about morale and what may be happening behind the scenes.
Has anyone received more concrete information about the title changes, which positions may be affected, the anticipated timeline, or how current employees pay would be handled?
Real Talk... October 1st
What are the big changes we should expect at the start of the new financial year? Maybe put a 'rumor' or 'confirmed' at the start of your post so we know what you think.
Prod Ops taking over plants.
Been hearing rumors of prod ops taking over and running the plants. Who has heard this?
Not Impressed
Unfortunately, I did not choose to work at Siemens- Siemens acquired the company I worked for. Since the acquisition, I’ve found the overall environment incredibly difficult. There is very little genuine collaboration, and many interactions feel unnecessarily abrasive or outright rude. The overall energy often feels adversarial rather than like people are working toward the same goals.
The organizational silos seem to reinforce a culture of protecting individual realms instead of collaborating across teams.
This has been the most frustrating company environment I’ve experienced, and I've worked at multiple big tech companies. It is not an organization I would personally consider a 'best place to work'.
Fujifilm BI spinoff ?
How does Fujifilm's spin-off of their Business Innovation group affect us?
Re-org coming to IT, maybe more
No clear info yet; more info coming next week.
Refresco Beverage Plant Reimagined
Refresco Beverages has altered its plans for the Carlisle facility. The plant will now function as a distribution center. This change means fewer employees will face layoffs than initially expected. The company is repurposing the site instead of closing it entirely. This decision impacts the local workforce.

Centralized Enterprise Operations Team
Merging Sales Ops, Dev PMO, Renewals Ops, PS Ops (x2), Revenue Ops, and PMO into one org is textbook eliminate redundant layers. We should all be watching for follow-on layoffs in 60-90 days, consistent with the pattern we’ve been seeing since Mark B left.
Managed out
Anyone else reached that magic stage of corporate where no one knows what you do including you? Responsibilities evaporating. is this job security , organizational incompetence or a layoff load screen
Visa layoffs hit senior ranks, including six VPs and 37 senior directors
Visa recently conducted a significant workforce reduction, impacting approximately 7% of its employees. This restructuring effort involved the elimination of around 2,600 positions across various levels of the company. The cuts included a notable number of senior roles, such as six vice presidents and 37 senior directors. Company leadership cited evolving work methods and the influence of artificial intelligence as key drivers for this organizational change. These layoffs occurred alongside the company's fiscal third-quarter earnings report and a substantial acquisition.

So Quality Assurance is now Quality Control
And vice versa.
What the actual…..
Just changing names.
Priorities…
cutting 3 org layers??
Enrique said they are on track to remove three organizational layers to increase spans of control this year in the Q&A email. What does this mean?
S And T org
With all the focus on productivity and transformation, should S&T also be looking at its own organizational structure?
As more infrastructure moves to cloud, the traditional I&O footprint is changing, but we still seem to have multiple organizations with overlapping responsibilities across I&O, Common Services, Tech Strategy, Deployment and Transformation. In some areas it is difficult to understand who actually owns the work versus who coordinates, governs or gets the visibility.
India Operations is another example where the operating model and accountability are not always clear. There is a perception that resource quality has declined and that PepsiCo is increasingly being used as a stepping stone, while it is not always clear how performance and outcomes are being monitored.
Common Services also seems to overlap with Operations and other teams, without a clear understanding of what it uniquely owns.
Maybe the bigger question isn’t just whether I&O should be consolidated. Should S&T be looking at simplifying its overall structure, combining overlapping organizations and reducing some of the senior leadership layers? If we expect the rest of the organization to become leaner and more efficient, shouldn’t S&T be asking the same question about itself?
CE Custody (now Fid Wealth)
Big Town Hall tomorrow being given by top leaders of CE Custody, now part of Fid Wealth. Anyone have any idea if it’s anything different than the usual upper management patting themselves on the back for the work that beyond burnt out depressed associates are doing and how low they keep expenses? Maybe some announcement about changes due to being a part of lovely Fid Wealth?
Why was Soleil Dolce Fired?
How’s this going to affect DDAT, ETPRM, TPS, ITST damn so many acronyms and whoever else was under her.
DT is out
The man who gutted .com and SNKRs teams and made a joke about it has been sacked. What’s next in the saga of GT upheaval.
New CEO on the merry go round
Jeff Clarke. Will this mean leadership changes reporting to CEO - usually does, look at Five9
Workday changes underway!
Started earlier this morning but VP, AVP, Sir Dir movement in Workday underway now.
I don't expect Associate Directors and Local Managers to be fully moved until later week(s) but we'll see.
More musical chairs …
I’m not sure why they think continually moving teams around is helpful- I guess any action is better than inaction. It’s just musical chairs at this point.
Marketing change?
One of the many “Chiefs” of marketing (ET) is leaving. Will the marketing bloat and rot be fixed? They need to clean house and flatten that org. It is chaotic. So many of the high paid leaders brought in by the last CMO have done their damage and left.
Any word on the Kansas plan?
I've not seen anyone mention Kansas. Anyone have any ideas on upcoming changes or RIF's? From the PL's, everything is fine, nothing is wrong and everything is as normal! Nothing to see here!
New communication
Can anyone shed some light on the new email from Gary? What are the additional changes mentioned in it? I am so emotionally exhausted from all of this…
“New organizational structure” meeting on 8/12
Just got an all staff meeting invite for 8/12 titled “new organizational structure” with absolutely zero context. I’m just waiting out my VSP end date so I’m good with whatever happens but I would be spiraling so hard if that wasn’t the case.
Any other health plans getting similar meeting scheduled? I’m wondering if the 12th is “the day” for layoffs everywhere or just in my state.
What are these roles ending in "coach"?
What are these "coach" roles that everyone seems to be having?
Looks new
How is everyone feeling post townhalls?
It seems like this is not the last round of layoffs. Prepare for further organization changes within the year…

Leidos Cuts Indirect Roles
Leidos has issued layoff notices to 305 employees, primarily affecting indirect positions. These reductions are part of organizational changes aimed at improving efficiency and future growth. Some affected employees are expected to be reassigned to direct billable roles. This move appears to be a targeted restructuring rather than a broad workforce reduction. It reflects ongoing adjustments by government contractors to overhead costs.
