I was hoping someone reading this post could give us an update on the upcoming reorganization. Specifically the timeline, departments impacted, and how deep it will cut.

I've watched five top performers leave in the last year. Every single person who was really good at their job is gone or trying to go.

What do I need to do to get Laid off? I wanted to leave and look for another post but I bet getting laid off was much better for the severance pay. How do I get this privilege?
