@2hz i'm surprised the regulators like the NYDFS were conned into believing this third digital transformation plan proposed by moa top brass would work & took the bait. it would have been much better if the firm went into a receivership situation.

@nd Real classy. Oh, and it's "1-877-Kars for Kids." How many times do you need something repeated before you get it right?

@ca someone needs to hold the CEO & his lackeys accountable because surely the Board never will as long as they are getting paid by the CEO. I'll scratch your back if you give me a blow-Joba.

Rich has pulled his last lever. Played his last card. Card 1: Layoff 125 people. Card 2: Sell 320 Park & 1150 Broken Sound. Card 3: Sell Landmark / Truspire. Card 4: Sue his rival who he fired to finish him off and Card 5: On America's 250th Birthday, sell out hard working & loyal workers to Indian & let Indian Nationals run the company while Morinarity, Flavors, Schniders, Bailey all have 9 lives & end up surviving

@OP We know the ratings agencies monitoring these boards & so does NYDFS+Don't ask me how we know but it it's true+It would not surprise me there is an as.s-toot member on the Board, that gets comic relief by all the posting on this Board, when they pass go and collect their $250,000 homorarium+There are sayings: Hold Truth to Power, Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely; The Titanic Will Never Sink, It Aint over till the f-at Lady Sings, and the last one: Mutual of America Doesn't Keep Any Promises🤬🤬🤬

@OP it’s not for the board, to be honest. It’s for all the retirees, current employees, and former ones too. Gets them thinking. Asking questions. Second guessing the CEO and all his friends around him in the C-Suite. He is showing his cards one at a time, hoping by the time he gets to the fifth one, you forgot the first one. But people are getting smarter. He thinks he is pulling a fast one on everyone and he’s the smartest one in the room. But in the end, the joke will be on him and we will all be watching.

@OP Seriously don't understand why people do that. Guess it makes them feel important or something (assuming they are being sincere and not just trying to cause problems).
