If Dow wants to force China to play fair and not flood the markets with cheap polyethylene and polypropylene, they need to work with governments to implement tariffs and sanctions on the feedstocks sold to China. China received most of its feedstock from the United States, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Force the price of those feedstocks up to level the playing field.
When has leadership at this company ever been right? These jokers thought this conflict would be a tailwind for several quarters. Wrong!
