Several Client Associates have been laid off recently. There hasn't been much mention of what a negative experience Rcast is for clients. They have no CA to speak to, only a call center. It's a very cold and impersonal way to handle client service.

Yes, there is absolutely a caste system in the USA. It’s called tax brackets. Hope this helps.

Client Associates were hit hard last week with layoffs. Financial Advisors not doing $700k in revenue will have no CA support in the office, meaning CAs will get laid off in branches. RCAST is second-rate support but centrally located so the firm has more control. Eventually only FAs doing $1mm in production will have a local client associate. So your clients will have no one to speak to locally. Why they want to target CAs making $70k makes zero sense.

@dr except when it comes to paying the WBS FA’s. They are still paying a WBS penalty with a lower payout, even if they have never received a referral from the bank.

CA= Client Associate.

For PCG or WBS? They laid off some CAs a couple of months ago for PCG, but I haven't seen any WBS lay offs yet.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised. Now that we have a ton of no book FAs, and no more Hub.
