Please be aware of this visa abuse. It is favoring H1B employees over citizens. It is silently laying off US citizens.

Is anyone else working with the local congressman/women to highlight the H1B abuse by UP. Why are we still retaining, renewing and filling new H1B either directly or hiring contractors that are H1B. Work to keep the number to only the best, reduce the H1B reliant and hire local talent. Say NO to H1B.
What can expect from the CIO and AVP(unqualified and incompetent)that came from Walmart, search for H1B abuse by Walmart you’ll know what I’m talking about . There are at least half a dozens that came from Walmart you’ll to ruin our lives and so far seems to be successful ruining . We don’t this lifestyle to continue, say to no H1B.
Company is advertising H1B applications at a place hidden from everyone for the sake of advertising but actually don’t want anyone to apply for , it is meant for hiring H1Bs. It is a violation of H1B program
Talk to you senators so that UP will stop doing H1B or file a petition to USCIS to blacklist UP for H1B abuse

I retired from U Pacific! I will tell you this, that company does not care one phuuuucking bit about you or what you think, pretty soon that merger will be going through and then you're really going to see how much they like you

Nice observation. I'm noticing employees disappearing from their desks and having new H1B faces. We definitely need to report to USCIS(ICE).
