How is everyone feeling about severance packages?

Standard package. Not great for short timers, but looks to be limited for long term employees. It will buy a few months to rest and find something, or be a nice bonus for someone who finds something quickly.
I heard the EISP for bargained associates is going to be massive, which is the real burn if true.
